Ordered and paid for an item in July. Have not received it or had any correspondence back from them

Don't order from this Company. They are quick to take your money, sometimes they ship your goods other times they don't. The only way of getting in touch is via email or a mobile number to text, neither of which are replied to quickly if at all. I had 1 bad experience but thought I'd give them another try and wish I hadn't. Placed an order on 19/8/2016, they took payment the same day and I'm still waiting for my 2-3 day delivery. 2 emails and 1 text later no response and no goods. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I like others have ordered items not had delivery or any contact from them they have been taken to court a few times by trading standards although the address given on the website looks more like a flat.

Another company to watch is stock to go worldwide ltd, sound familiar the last phone number is listed for both companies.

This Company is NEITHER HONEST, RELIABLE or TRUSTWORTHY. iNest is run by a character and has a reputation for showing total disregard for his customer's.

Purchase at your peril! Spend your money elsewhere to be sure of a successful transaction. DO NOT TRUST THE iNEST WEBSITE!

I ordered three T4 fluorescent tubes and when they arrived two were broken. Sent an email and got a response to say they would contact me within 24 hours. Nothing! Sent another email a few days later and, again, nothing! There is no telephone number to contact verbally, just a mobile number for texting. Fortunately my outlay was only a few pounds, but I would advise everybody to stay away from this bunch.

iNest sent the wrong item which was returned. They took payment promptly with the order, but did not refund payment. iNest did not respond to emails and their 'phone number is inoperative. Do not deal with this company.

I ordered Thompsons water seal which that you can use multi surfaces including wood. The one they sent wasn't the one they advertised, you couldn't use this one wood, which is really want it for. I've emailed them several times, but that haven't replied, It's obvious they aren't interested. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, shop somewhere else.

absolute joke of a company wish I would of read up before ordering from them. Take your money and never send any goods. No contact details provided actually even work. Infact their contact number is a mobile number!!! Please don't throw your money at them

After 21 days, and two emails asking when I might receive my order inest finally respond to tell me they've cancelled my order. Useless.
