I ordered a large number of items two weeks ago and paid for next day delivery.

Only one item arrived with the rest still missing. I called today to ask where I was greeted by one of the rudest/most useless people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Not only did he put the phone down on me he also made an issue out of me asking where they were?

The guy sounded like he could not care less, and I still have no idea how I’m getting my items.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I only used them as another site delivery was offline. Would never use again.

Think waynes got it wrong, i had nothing but a pleasant experience dealing with the top lads at hydrohobby. Any shop you order with might not have everything in all the time, in the main get my goods delivered next day. If you put a telephone number on your order i understand some people don't but anyway they have always called if something was not available and advised when it it will be. Like the deal they have when you spend £100 you get £10 off at the checkout.

Got a 1000w gavita a few month ago from hydrohobby, this light is the best thing since sliced bread was going to get 2 x 600w digital lights glad i didnt the results are unreal. Did have a problem with the lamp it went cloudy but the lads at hydro sorted another one no probs. like the fast delivery, still get next day delivery most of the time on the cheaper delivery option.

never had any problems, used website and visited the shop at brook farm. All good. Can recommend.

I've been shopping here for approx 4 years and never had any problems.

I usually get my order 2 or 3 days after payment, unless the item isn't in stock, in which case I received an email informing me of the approx delivery date.

I've shopped around and these are just about the cheapest.

They say on there site next day delivery

as yet it is 10 days after my order and they have not dispatched my order yet

no email to update me ( if i was going to be late sending a order i would let my customers know

no responce to my emails asking for a tracking number or update

Had a question gave Hydrohobby a call they were more than happy to help even with out me purchasing. Realy helpful would shop online with them again, chap on the phone said they have a shop open 7 days a week.
