been shopping here for many years, but I dont know what has happend, the customer service is suddently very poor, no replies when you write to them, will have to find another shop

I've ordered from here a few times and have never had a problem. The items have come well packaged, customer service has been exemplary and the one time I had to arrange for a swap (due to a faulty motor) the replacement was shipped for next day as a simple swap.

Yes there are other shops, but it's worth sticking to what works best :)

Well laid out site and informative. My products ordered were well priced, packaged superb and delivered next day within the 1 hour time slot given. What more can you ask for.

I ordered my products on a Thursday and I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived the next day. The items are really well packed - almost too well packed! I did have a couple of questions about how stuff went together, but a quick phone call to the people on the helpline soon sorted me out.

I would use them again - knowing that a retailer is reliable is important for people ordering off the internet.

Ordered on a Sunday afternnon - delivery came Tuesday morning. I've used these guys for years and they keep getting better and better, happy customer here.

Close your eyes, imagine a purchase without a hitch (the way it's meant to go), and that's what you get with Green's Horticulture. There are so many sellers who just can't do the job. With these guys, I made my purchase, but I received no conformation. Suspecting the worst (due to bad experiences with rubbish sellers online), I sent an email to highlight my concerns, and I received a very laid back attitude about the error (which didn't help to ease my concern at the time). But, contrary to my initial concerns, these guys delivered on time, and they are 100% professional. I would recommend them any time, and I am 100% sure that my voicing my concern to them didn't make them do anything better than they would, had I just not contacted them (I didn't have to chase my order).

I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
