We ordered a sink for next day delivery and paid the extra as we needed it the next day as the sink had to be fitted on this day. Placed order, my wife even rang up and spoke to the salemen and stressed that we need the sink delivered the next day. Both promised it would be here before 12pm next day. We get a call at 9;30 from the manager to say the sink won’t be coming the parcel company forgot to collect it. Our work is on hold, my wife in tears and we have 1 hour to buy a sink, with two young kids and working from home, I can’t deacribe what this company has put us through.

Ordered mosaic tiles over the moon with them , order came within few days, alot cheaper then anywere else , would definitely order again from grand tiles
