I ordered a cooker element from GK Spares. It has failed to arrive.

The only contact detail available is an email address for sales. Although I have sent emails to that address I have never had a reply.

GKspares are quick to take your money, fail to deliver and fail to respond.

Particularly poor and it also leads me to question whether Gk spares actually exist

I would strongly recommend that you do not use them

I've ordered vacum cleaner bags and never received them. I've tried to contact seller several times but they never responded. Rubbish service, wont use them again.Avoid!

Bought a cooker element for oven. Two days ago and paid for next day delivery. Three days down and no item. No reply to e mails and no contact number.

I take it I have been had

How is a company like this allowed to trade.

If you have a problem,forget it, as there is no way to contact them directly, that they seem to respond to.

PART DIDN'T ARRIVE AND ALL EMAILS ARE IGNORED - DO NOT USE. Ordered a cooker seal in mid December which still hasn't arrived. They refuse to answer any of my emails and also ignore my feedback form. High risk to use them.

I was very impressed with this company they have saved are Christmas without them we would not have been able to cook Christmas dinner ordered a cooker element on the 23rd we were going to collect it so i called them and the guy on the phone told me there manager lived in Lewes and would be more than happy to drop it to us on the way home .i turns out he drove 10 miles out of the way to do this all in the name of customer service thank you

I ordered and paid for a cooker element on the 11th of October 13 days later no element , I have e mailed them 3 times and recived no reply . There is no phone number on their website which is rather strange. I can only assume that I have been conned?

Received the fan element promptly. Unfortunately the fan element wouldn't fit as there was already a screw in one of the holes. I tried to contact gk-spares for advice (no phone number given) using their online message service and didn't receive any response. I ended up ordering another element from another site.

Hello, I made an order on line from France on Tuesday 3rd July. This is not the first time I have ordered from Gk-spares. Anyway to my joy the new Element arrived here in France on Friday 6th July. Absolutely brilliant!!!!!!! Such an efficient despatch system deserves huge praise. Well done .....

ordered from this company and i have to say i was very impressed with not only the service i had from them but the speed at which my order was sent out the part was easy to fit as well so that was a bonus
