Having just bought a small Camping Gaz cylinder refil from this company i would recommend a crash course in customer service for the employees. This should include how to greet people on first meeting, say please and thankyou, be friendly and give advice if there are any queries and if there are any problems with the transaction then try to act in a professional manner. This especially applies to the younger employee of the company who should at least attempt to smile and refrain from saying "what's up" and "no" without giving any other explanations or good customer advice and service. Overall i was left completely disatisfied with everything that this company has to offer and the only advice i can give to customers thinking of using this company is "DONT". TAKE YOUR TRADE ELSEWHERE.
