BBQ did not arrive when promised,despite numerous promises it was on its way. (And specific date agreed when ordered.) The following week it was delivered on truck with broken tail lift, so the driver couldn't unload it without support from our neighbours. On assembly we discovered the cover was broken, we were promised a replacement which didn't arrive. When I chased today I was told they were out of stock (no one had had the courtesy to let me know) however they would chase what was happening and promised a callback with an update. Not surprisingly this didn't happen. Overall experience of dealing with gardenstyledirect.co.uk is very disappointing.
