Buyer Beware !!

Told by customer services pictures are for illustration purposes only, not what you get when I complained that my mini std rose trees looked nothing like the picture. They had weak small heads and minute flowers very expensive for the size I was sent.

This company is in the Netherlands inspite of UK website, so cost is prohibitive of returning, dead, dying and plants not fit for purpose.

All complaints receive a std reply, plants are young give them a chance to grow, the refund /replacement policy is a joke as they lose control of their plants once despatched, so if you do as asked, to wait and give them a chance, will there be a replacement/refund if they dont ? I don’t think so.

Check out reviews on other sites about this company. Leave well alone.

Please Do Not Use This Company, Be Careful Especia

Please do not use this company, BE CAREFUL especially for standard trees. I just bought a standard tree and arrived almost dead only right stem alive, I am an experienced gardener, but I have no idea how to grow it as a standard tree in 5 years! I thought my consumer rights will be protected but no one seems can help. Standard tree priced much higher than the normal one, but if you shop with them, you can only expect an alive something. I feel real helpless shopping with them. Plants not worthy the money.

Don't Waste Your Money

After reading some good reviews I ordered from this company. The plants were reasonably priced. After about 5 days they arrived and I was not impressed with the quality of my plants.

I ordered 6 plants, compost and bare roots.

The plants were in a dreadful condition, discoloured and squashed.

The roots were squashed under 4 bags of compost. Not a great impression of this company. They did not handle my goods with any care or consideration.

Contacted customer services, to complain and sent them pictures of what I had received.

They said put them in the ground they will be OK. For a company who supposedly prides itself in plant knowledge clearly don't know anything. The plants that I received would definitely not survive.

I will keep complaining until I receive a satisfactory response from them. They are based in the Netherlands.

Great Plants And Value

I ordered bare rooted plants last year astillbe aconitum 3 types aquilegia and an iris

1 year on and apart from the astilbe (early days yet) all doing brilliant and at a great price

Not To Be Trusted Poor Quality

Had some roses that were withered due to lack of watering. Keep well away from this company they have a good web page but poor quality plants. Be warned.

Plants badly packed and one had two pieces broken off. Courier delivered box without following arrows so plants tipped up the wrong way.

Very Disappointing

So disappointing. Ordered bulbs for our Year 5 cohort. After 3 weeks, 2 out of 80+ bulbs had germinated. When I complained, they told me that they should have been planted outdoors only and, although nothing in their planting instructions indicated this, they refused to offer anything as a goodwill gesture or provide the school with a refund. 80 pupils whose learning has been affected, and our limited Science budget wasted. I would never recommend using them - if only because their customer service is so poor.

Siberian Privet Hedges

I ordered on two separate occasions ligustrum ovalifolium privet x 10 on the 23/04/2018 and 27/04 2018 .Im very happy with the privets, its just that the first order had two dead privets in it and i followed all the instructions, all the rest are perfect, yes i would shop there again

Nothing Like The Description Or Photos

Well I shan't be buying anything else from them to put it bluntly they're nothing like the impression you're given on their website small anemic looking plants that seem to have lacked even the basic care, dry compost only posted 2 days earlier / yellowing folage / numerous broken stems / dead wood, haven't a clue whether any will survive don't hold up much hope be suprised if I get 50% through.

Did get refund for effected plants when I contacted customer service however they really shouldn't be sending out rubbish like this hoping people will just accept it isn't there any format of quality control.

Fault With The Box Or Packing

your plant arrived in good time and delivery man was very good pointed

out that he thought the label on box was upside down as indeed it was when i opened it at some stage tree was on its head and damaged the new shoots not good for plant and its shape.

that said tree in good condition hope it will recover?????
