The order did not arrive, the website is now down, they did not respond to my email, the phone line is dead. I seriously think This company may be fraudulent. I put in a claim to paypal, who have refunded me. Have learned a lesson- always check reviews before buying!

I ordered and paid for a garden table ... No delivery ... No response from emails and phone number is dead . I have reported them to the fraud squad and PayPal . I can't believe that this has been happening to people since last year and their website is still up and running ... Why ? It's shocking ! And a disgrace !

DONT USE THIS COMPANY you will never receive the item and you won't get a refund just have a look how many people have done charge backs. This is the worst company I have ever ordered from! They ignore all emails and offer no correspondence, I managed to get a refund via my credit card following non delivery of goods, trading standards need to take action as the Huan group who own this company were dissolved in December 2013. They don't mention that on their website do they. KEEP AWAY !!!

I ordered a garden water feature on their website for £129 on Jan 29 2014 which was apparently in stock only to find out the following day it wasn't in stock at all so I tried phoning their 24hr helpline to ask for a refund (dead number ! ) alarm bells ringing straight away meanwhlile on Jan 31st they ve taken my money out of my account nice of them ! Then they actually e mailed me back saying I would get refunded within 7 to 10 days but as I speak after numerous emails to them still no response I have contacted my bank for a charge back claim only to find out they are treating it as an invalid claim as it looks like they are in administration
I Had To Report This 'company' To The Police For Theft
I ordered a patio table and chairs - money taken immediately - then they told me it wouldn't be available until Feb 2014, but as I needed it for Xmas I asked them to cancel my order and refund the money - this was the last I heard from them - no replies to emails, 0845 24hr customer service number does not exist and my money stolen. Please do not use and go through what I have. My bank have kindly refunded me the money and are persuing this company for the money. I have reported them to the police and Sagepay who they use.

Order, value £165, placed on 28 September 2013 with delivery promised within 7 days. I cancelled the order on 22 October after three supposed failed deliveries (turned back, went to wrong address, and no explanation given). Refund promised in 7 to 10 days. I asked for details of the delivery company which Gardeners World were not prepared to give me.
After four further e-mails chasing my money, I was on the point of sending them what is termed a 'letter before action', when the money was refunded to my credit card: 48 days since I placed the order and 24 days since they said they gave instructions for the money to be refunded.
I have learned a valuable lesson; that is to read reviews before placing an order. The reviews warned that this company should be avoided. I suggest you do the same.

Actually, the plague would be preferable to buying from these muppets.
Bought a xmas tree and been given the runaround ever since. I was told that it would arrive within 1-2 days and that was 3 weeks ago. It has been followed up by many calls and each time we've been fobbed off.
It is out of order that they think they can treat people in this way.
My last call was to cancel the order and I'm now having to wait 5-10 days to get my money back DESPITE THEM TAKING THE MONEY OUT WITHIN HOURS!
They're taking from innocent consumers. DO NOT USE!

Terrible - Don't Order From This Fake Company
Finally got a refund from this company on 17th Sept 2013 after waiting from 3rd July 2013. This was only after numerous phone calls.they gave same excuses as everyone else has been getting about accountant. Trading standards also made numerous phone calls to them. Had to involve the bank and start chargeback proceedings, as I had paid with a debit card. Had to involve the financial ombudsman to get the bank to do anything. It was only after the complaints manager from my bank called them that gardeners-world refunded the money. Stay clear. You may never see your money again!!!
