I tried to ring the company nearly 2 weeks ago to check the item was in stock. Left several messages but all I got was answer machine. No one rang me back at all. Eventually I ordered the havana duo seat on line which was in stock on the website. I still continued to ring and leave messages to check if stock was available as the money had been debited from my account. After leaving even more messages with no response I eventually received an email to say the goods were not in stock. I was offered another item which was much cheaper on other websites and have contacted them four times tonight to see if he can price match or confirm my money will be credited back to my account immediately.

Their customer care and service is leaves a lot to be desired and they should not be allowed to advertise goods they do not have in stock and debit your account.

Garden Furniture Bargains bring disrepute, incompetence and extreme poor customer care and service compared to the majority of other legitimate and consumer friendly internet shopping companies.

Please don't try ringing the company as all you will get for many days is an answer machine and no matter how many messages you leave no one will ring you back.

I spent a lot of money on an arbour. I had someone put it together and because of the gap between the parts, so I took and sent photos but this delayed assembly as I wasn't sure to go ahead, so he had to come back. I did feel that they should compensate me for the fact that I had to have someone assemble it and for the inconvenience, after all I paid for a product and service and was not 100% satisfied. I sent several pictures comparing one side to the other with obvious differences but I had a very poor response and understanding. The only option I was given was a refund.

They wanted to delivery on/by a specific date and it was not delivered, they then provided an alternative date and I could not make this day so had to rearrange. Then when it did it arrive it was just left on my front lawn. Very poor. I reported it but again poor response and no gesture of goodwill was ever offered. Waste of my time.

Extremely pleased with the prompt delivery and the quality of our table set. I phoned prior to purchase with some questions and the guy I spoke to was very helpful. I would recommend this company and will look at your website again when I intend to replace my BBQ.

I chose to go with Garden furniture bargains because of the great one to one service. The staff were more than happy to help with any questions i had. I run a Landscaping company and used them for the patio heaters.

The product was delivered fast and of a very high standard. Will definitely be using them again.

Easy to assemble, looks very smart and despite the atrocious weather this winter has sat outside throughout and still looks as good as new with no adverse affect. I can thoroughly recommend this site and the product.

Stumbled on Garden Furniture Bargains website whilst comparing prices for a garden furniture set which I had viewed on several other sites. I ordered the set because it offered free delivery and it was cheaper than all other sites viewed. At the time the level of sales on this particular item was very high and it had gone temporarily out of stock, but the company immediately e.mailed me to explain and to offer a refund if I required it. As it was still winter, I really wasn't worried if the delivery was delayed as I wasn't going to be using the item for a while. So very glad I didn't cancel as the item arrived safely and the delivery driver vey kindly unpacked the item and took alll packaging away, brilliant service! Best of all is that the quality of the garden set is absolutely fantastic and really comfortable, very happy customer!

I was looking for an arbour and happened to stumble across this company through the shopping results on Google. I hadn't used them before, but they had the arbour I was looking for and at a great price. I had some questions about the wood (specifically how it was treated and what the recommendations were for long term maintenance) so i gave them a call and they very quickly answered my questions. I ordered online and it arrived a couple of days later.

I used Garden Furniture Bargains because they had a particular barbecue that I was looking for. The price it was listed at was the best price I could find online and it was delivered 3 days later so I couldn't of been happier.

The website was generally very easy to use however I think the checkout process could be streamlined. Payment was secure so that was re-assuring.

I would certainly use them again and have no quibbles recommending them to others on this website.
