I purchased a Roca steel bath (which came with free a waste) in the sale. I found the website easy to navigate and the payment process was straight forward too. I spoke with Customer Services to arrange a suitable delivery date. They were friendly and helpful. Item arrived on the morning, as agreed. All in all, a very positive experience!

We bought a shower tray that has a number of cracks and is unusable. Its still in its packaging - its been three weeks since it was delivered and as our building works have been delayed because of the weather we only discovered the faults yesterday when the plumber went to fit it. When we spoke to ES Bathrooms they told us it was tough as they have a 7 day returns policy - even though the Sale of Goods Act talks about a reasonable time. So we were told bad luck no refund.

Placed my order by phone as I needed to confirm delivery date as I needed the items quickly. The customer service assistant was very polite, efficient and friendly and phoned me back quickly with the info I needed regarding the delivery date. Delivery was on time, product quality good and prices competitive. Only downside was that there was not a huge amount of info online about the products so I was choosing quite randomly. This was OK for a buy to let, but I would need more info to purchase for my own home.

i purchased a shower from Es-Bathrooms which i thought was a very good deal. £245 for a shower drencher... looked fab in the box and when it was first installed yet when the plumber adjusted the height on the riser bar the seal fell out of the bottom of a sealed unit moving part.

it now drips constantly and es-bathrooms are un-cooperative, i have sent pictures of the part that is leaking and esculated my claim through paypal. they are claiming it had been installed for a while, i bought it 8 weeks ago and it has been installed for 3weeks.

my advice is not to use this company, you may get a good deal but should anything go wrong you are on your own!!

i would have liked more unbiased reviews about this company, their website lets you read "customer reviews" but not add any?? curious!!
