The real test of a company is what they do when things go wrong. We ordered a great teapot which arrived quickly. When it started leaking, a quick phone call to the company was all that was needed. They apologised and sent us a new teapot straight away. No fuss, no hassle, just lovely customer service and a new teapot. Fantastic!!!

I know that this company Emporium Cookshop and homewares trades through Amazon and I have left them excellent reviews there, but the service from this company was so good I have to recommend them here as well. Yes the knife is fantastic and yes the delivery was fast, but to me the real test oif a good company is when there is a problem. I had chosen this knife very carefully and because the description said that it came with a blade protector. When the knife arrived there was no blade protector. This great company immediately apologised for the mistake in the description and sent out a protector at their own expense. No quibbles, no hassle. I would buy from this company anytime and recommend it to anyone.
