The members of the team that came to build our garden room – yes, build, not just stick prefabricated bits together! – were, to a man, committed (working in the pouring rain to get things done on time), skilled , polite and friendly. Watching the room go up was great fun and using it will be wonderful. The flexibility eDEN offers on measurements means we have a perfect home for an inherited dresser and a great separate storage space for all those garden bits. We're delighted.

Having looked at the market for Garden Rooms we discussed our requirements with a number of companies and found Eden to be the best in terms of understanding what we wanted to get from our Garden Room and value for money. At all stages we were kept informed of the process pre construction and when it came to construction of our Garden Room we were pleased with the way the team explained the sequence of events that lead to the completion of our Garden Room. Overall we were very pleased with the way the company delivered a product that if I'm honest has exceeded our initial expection. Excellent service all round.

Eden Garden Rooms built us a great garden office in the Spring of 2012. The quality of the materials and the building structure is excellent. We wanted to fit the building into an awkward space at the back of our garden and we wanted the back wall to follow the line of the fence which meant creating an angled back wall for the office. So the shape we wanted was more of a wedge shape rather than a more conventional square or rectangle.

This was no problem for Eden and they accommodated all our design requests and we now have a beautifully designed garden office which looks fantastic and is a great addition to our back garden. We were also very impressed with the aftercare they provided. Any snagging or small changes that we wanted were dealt with very quickly and without any complaints.

The building continues to have it's faire share of rain and wind to deal with and has withstood anything that is thrown at it. Now we are heading towards the depths of winter I am pleased with the performance of the underfloor heating which keeps the building nice and warm despite the very cold temperatures outside.

So overall we are extremely happy with the garden office and the service that Eden have provided. Anyone who has come to visit has been very impressed with the building and I would recommend Eden to anyone thinking of having a garden room.

I would recommend eDEN as the staff are very professional and friendly and are always happy to help. They offer the whole package from drawings and deciding on size to contacting the council if needed for planning permission. The fitters are very efficient and I felt that the quality was important to them as it was for me. I now have a lovely garden room I can happily work from and everyone who comes to see me there says how lovely my room feels. It has a very professional quality feel to it and I couldn't be happier.

We needed a solution quickly due to imminent arrival of twins making our family up from 3 to 5. This meant I lost my office. We didn't have enough time to plan any extension so a Garden Room was the solution. We found that Eden had the best design for our tastes and price band. We wanted a solution that would last and be high quality/performance - some on the market clearly compromise some elements for a lesser price - this was not suitable for us. We worked on the basis you get what you pay for. We visited the show office and although this was a long trip for us it was worthwhile and confirmed the product for us. Like any build - the timescale on site was longer than initially mentioned so that was a slight issue at the time but its soon forgotten. Pre and post sale support was flexible and fair. Ultimately the room is an office but in the future it can be anything we want it to be and my 3 year old loves coming in to watch the TV whenever she can!
