I bought all the door handles I needed for my art deco renovation of our 1950's house. I found the range & prices great with designer handles, but what got me over the line was the service on line and teh big one was that they didnt take advantage of me buying from overseas and extorting me for freight. As I found that other online business's were asking ridiculous prices for freight but Designer Handles showed me the choices of freight & relevant costs and they were very reasonable. so with that they got my order and as I was so happy with the service & deal on freight I ended up order more items.

so keep up the good work & well priced freight , and I will have no hesitation recommending you to others I know that will also be looking for other great designer door & window hardware

I ordered a door knocker from this company. After 2 weeks, even though the money had been debited from my account, no goods arrived. On phoning I was told that it must have been lost in the post (that old chestnut) but they would send a replacement immediately. Still no parcel so I phoned again and was told it had been sent the previous day. I told the very rude man on the phone that if it wasn't received by the next day I would have to take it up with PayPal. It was no surprise to receive an email from the company today to say that a full refund had been made via PayPal. What a waste of time.

I spent over 140 pound on door handles with this company where there were screws missing from them . This prevented me in being able to fit the handles onto my door as I was not able to buy these screws separately as they where customised . I rung the company a number of times asking if the could send this screws . This was all over a 5 month peroid where they would continuously palm me off where finally I rung and the gentleman had slammed the phone down on me . This is very unprofessional and rude . Not recommended

ordered a letter plate and some hardware for front door for my client. quality of goods look good so far. also got my order in time. no issue so far with the service. price was quite reasonable. so just leaving a thank you note for them

placed order in afternoon. requested for next day delivery to deliver direct to site at client address.. though paid extra for speedy delivery but delivery was in time

the guy on phone was very efficent. created the order, despatch the handles and sent me tracking...

Ordered and paid for a good quality pull handle on 13/2/1013.

On the 18th I received an email saying delivery would be on the 22nd.

Goods did not arrive.

I emailed them on 25/2/2013 - no reply.

I emailed them on 25/2/2013 - no reply.

I emailed them on 02/03/2013 - no reply.

Now I was seriously annoyed !

They had had my money for over 2 weeks and I had nothing to show for it.

I had paid via Paypal so I raised a dispute and my money was refunded.

No explanation or apology was given.In fact no communication at all from them.

How could you give any sort of recommendation to a company that doesn't seem to have the first idea about customer service.

Nothing wrong with the products but the customer service is absolutely dreadful. It took 4 months to get a refund for items returned. The phone is never answered, emails go unacknowledged, someone even put the phone down on me. I really wouldn't recommend this company.

We have been their customer since 2010 and always received excellent service. We have no doubt to say that they provide us brilliant service and quoted best price.
