I purchased two side mount tool boxes. After a while, I noticed they both had sagged and caused the drawers to bind when opening or closing. The warranty was expired and the items were no longer available from Sears. That told me the problem was discovered and, after checking, I discovered a new, redesigned one is being sold. I added supports to mine. I have stopped buying Craftsman products. It's too bad their quality control isn't what it was.
