Had numerous things from Coopers most of them poor quality and shoddy, had to return most items as they arrived either faulty or they became faulty within weeks, and anything with an instruction book is a joke as you simply can't follow them you have to use your initiative to work it out. AVOID THEM.

Ordered a water cooler/filter which arrived and was defective. Coopers then employed Hermes to collect it and arranged a replacement. Having been through the Hermes experience before I ended up sending it back at my own expense. The replacement arrived and was also faulty. Asked for a refund. Again, Hermes were given the task of collecting and failed to do so. I'm still waiting for Coopers/Hermes to arrange collection and have yet to receive a refund. A deeply depressing experience.
