I ordered parts for a thicknesser, the parts arrived missing one piece. They replaced it next day with a clearly second hand part that was bent and useless. Still waiting a response

I have emailed Clarke Power Products twice regarding my generator and each time there has been no reply. It seems like once they have your money they don't want to know.I definitely will not be buying any of their products again.

Actively Dissuade Potential Customers From Buying!

Not long ago I was tasked by my father to find spares for a Warco 314 bandsaw.

This is an old machine, but there are several copies in existence, under different model numbers.

Sure enough I found that Clarke Power products stock and sell parts for a copy of this machine.

I found the items i required on the 'clarkeservice' website (ironically named). But one is unable to purchase the parts directly. So I filled in the online request form, stating three of the EXACT item numbers as per their manual on the site, and asked for a total price to supply and deliver.

As an additional piece of information I included that I was buying for the original Warco 314 machine (which is a direct copy of the CBS355 they had the manual for).

However the response i received beggars belief:

'Unfortunately if it is not a Clarke machine we will be unable to help you.'

That was it - the entire message.

So:

1) this company does not want to sell its items, even if you list the part numbers and ask for a price.

2) the imbecile responding to customer requests has no interest in his job.

3) the imbecile responding to customer requests has no knowledge in his field of work.

4) the imbecile responding to customer requests is unable / unwilling to use Google to simply see that these two machines are the SAME.

In conclusion I can safely recommend you try elsewhere for customer service and the parts you require. AVOID!
