Ordered a sink which turned up damaged, emailed photos same day and asked for replacement. Heard nothing after 4 day, telephone to be told email not even look at yet. Chased up again a few days later and so on. Took just over 3 week to get the damaged sink collected and another week for a refund to be processed. I get the feeling this is a business being run from home by someone with no retail/customer service skills - AVOID!

this site offered the franke helena tap 115.0049.984 which franke manufacture with compression VALVES. 10 days after placing the order i received a 115.0049.981 which has ceramic VALVES, not what i ORDERED. four days of E-MAILS made it obvious to me that customer service does not EXIST. my recommendation to you is ignore cheap prices and go ELSEWHERE.

Our Kitchen designer recommended the Franke Rollamat 40 at a cost of £62. UK Choice Shops provided it quickly and efficiently for £48 including postage. Excellent service and value. The Rollamat is a really versatile kitchen gadget that we will use every day. It can be a trivet, a drying or cooling mat or a drainer and rolls up to store in a drawer when not required.The Rollamat is stylish enought to leave on display and it can be cleaned in the dishwasher. I don't know how we coped without one before! I can think of no negative comments to add.
