I purchased a rotak 32 lawn mower by bosch from this company and it arrived quickly. Although you couldn't tell from the box the mower was damaged and I was disappointed. I had bought the mower for my gardener as I find it hard to get around and thought he wasn't going to be able to use it that weekend. I called up on the Thursday morning to explain what had happened and was delighted at the help I received. This wasn't a problem they said and a new one will be with you tomorrow. I was very pleased and true to their word a very nice city link man came the next morning with a new one. Thank you choice well done.
