The quality of the replacement toilet seat was very poor for the price. I would suggest avoiding this shop.

Registering with this shop includes providing a delivery address. The items I purchased were not sent to my delivery address and were left with someone I had never heard of.

No attempt was made to recover the goods from where they were sent and I never received an apology.

There are plenty of bathroom shops on line, so avoid this one. I would recommend Boundary Bathrooms. I received A great service from them.

you find these days there is no one there to talk to with a lot of these internet companies but here is one who are there. I rang them 1st to find out what to order as i was unsure about a few items then when my fitter was struggling they were able to guide him through stages.
