First and last time ordering from this company. Placed order at 9:30 a.m. product was not shipped until the next day. Was told shipping cut off time is 11:00. I feel in 1.5 hours a single spool of heat shrink should have shipped same day as ordered. Was charged 5 pounds of freight for a 2 pound package. Manager was no help what so ever in dealing with this mischarge.
