Bought a tap, which broke after just over a year. As if that wasn't bad enough, Buyaparcel then refused to honour the 3-year warranty period clearly stated on their website, even after escalating to their founder. Had to refer the issue to the Consumer Ombudsman, Citizens Advice and local Trading Standards. A highly disappointing experience dealing with Buyaparcel, who have shown a complete lock of customer service and integrity. Would avoid at all cost.

My latest order of glossy postcards arrived pretty quickly the other day and I was extremely pleased with the the look and quality of them. I think vistaprint are good but since they started advertising on TV they are not as good as they used to be! No more freebies , apart from a free card holder with business cards ordered! No more free T-shirts, pens, small banners etc! I used to order as much as possible of them but now only order items I really need and nothing more! The shopping experience is no longer 5 star but its still the best that's out there for now! I know TV advertising is expensive but vistaprint have now made cut backs on what they offer to customers and they have now made the shopping experience ordinary and boring! Bring back the old vistaprint we all loved and got excited about!

Do not receiving items for weeks and when receive its not what i was ordering and its not a single case... Will not buy from them any more...
