Excellent choice of wood flooring with a lot of different options, well explained by a professional sales person. We wanted to change our laminate floor (living room, hall, stairs, and landings) with a parquet and the sales person gave us very good advice. We finally chose a Broderie Design Parquet: the quality of the wood is excellent and the work was done in 5 days. We chose a Birbek fitter who was just amazing. He did a perfect job, he meticulously managed every single detail. He achieved his work with meticulousness, honesty and professionalism and we cannot be more satisfied.

I am really happy with the service I received from Birbek flooring. From the initial advice and costing stage Henry was extremely communicative and helpful. I was confident with the advice and the efficient sampling service to chose a floor which suits the style of my home and compliments the furniture and wall finishes.

We had to replace our oak floor due to a leak from underfloor heating mains,having considered our options for a replacement floor ie, carpet ceramic/stone tiles or hardwood floor,and made our decision on a new hardwood floor we paid a visit to Birbek,s showrooms where abley assisted by Henry we chose a walnut floor.Henry suggested that we could reserve the materials for a small deposit of £100,which we did and we went off home to consult our insurers who gave the ok to proceed.We were concerned about the installation of the new floor since a step was included and after taking up the old floor we noticed that the new boards were slightly thicker affecting door frames and doors,however we need not have been concerned the fitter was not in the least bit phased by the work and installed the new floor to an exellent standard.The new floor looks stunning and better than the original which had been in for 16 years and shown little or no wear.Throughout the whole exercise Birbek were extremely cooperative and helpfull

We got brilliant advice within the shop and given loads of time to choose our flooring. We decided to house a Birbek fitter who did an absolutely wonderful job and the floor looks amazing in out lounge, dinning room, kichen and hall. We were looking for something a little bit special for our oak floor and having been to many DIY stores and had many samples online it was only when we saw the range of products and finishes on offer at Birbek that we realised we should have begun our search there. Showroom is excellent, knowledge of staff very good and they were able to produce our floor in the timescale we gave them. Yes, you may pay a bit of a premium compared to online sites and other chain stores but I think it is worth it for the quality product you end up with.

I recently purchased an engineered oak floor from Birbek. i dealt with Henry who was extremely knowledgeable as well as showing genuine enthusiasm and passion for the product. We wanted the wood bleached white and distressed. I was given three samples to choose from and the flooring was completed on time. The fitter was also excellent and even used the off cuts to fit a walk-in wardrobe. The flooring looks great down and has received lots of compliments. The flooring wasn't cheap but a great deal of work went into the distressing process and as far as I am concerned it was worth every penny. I would recommend anyone to shop at Birbek if you want a quality product and you want it doing right.
