Terrible aftercare. Numerous emails, pictures sent and abrupt calls later and we are told to “retreat the door yourself”.

The front door itself is great and well made, although when installed we had to make good surrounding frame externally and internally (leaving electrics exposed) and take old door away.

Having waited 3 weeks extra for treatment, the door and the entire frame is rotting only 10 months after installation. We are not even in a sun spot as door covered by 100 year old very large tree. Have trail of 7 emails with pictures and very abrupt on the phone to help. 1 email reply was 1 sentence and no aftercare service at all. Paid upfront and extra for treatment service which clearly hasn’t been done as wouldn’t be be rotting so bad this early on. I work for a property company so used many suppliers so well aware of product Quality.

Feel that now he has money, no care needed. We have retreated door ourselves, even though door still under their “guarantee” and no offer to come out. Door is so stiff I cannot open it, very bad and will be taking further as simply cannot get any response other than self serve.

just received my internal doors,they are of a good quality at a very good price,the delivery service was excellent as was the customer services.I would recomend this company to anyone,first class.

The service & delivery of our pre-hung front door-set was spot on & the door looks superb. Will be recommending this door company to friends & family with big smiles

I purchased 6 Doors from best4doors on 10/11/2011 I was told they would be delivery in about two weeks which 5 were. On delivery which was done in a very small van with door piled on which other 2 door were damaged which needed to be replaced. The 6th door which was on back order was never delivered. It took 4 months for them to tell me they no longer have the doors I order and only after I phoned. The company seems to be a side business and very unprofessional. I didn’t get a receipt even after phoning and emailing asking for one so the 10 year guarantee the doors come with means nothing. Every time I phoned to complain I would basically be lied to so I would NOT recommend this Company. AVOID!
