After searching for some time to find kitchen units to match our original we came across Benjamin James. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish (and I did have quite a few questions). We were kept informed when delivery would be. Arrived on time and is exactly what we were after. A kitchen larder and cornice to match our existing kitchen which had been discontinued. Top quality product and would not hesitate to buy from this company again or to recommend to other people.

First i would like to thank the advisor ,always helpfull top guy, ordered 31 doors + draws fronts, doors came on time really good quality,better than B&Q rubbish plus easy to navigate web site.

Our next project will be to revamp the bedroom will be giving him a ring.

We were in a position of researching kitchen suppliers after visiting several popular general high street suppliers (which were all run of the mill but with high prices and not so great quality finishes)and we came upon this supplier, visited the showroom and were immediately reassured by the quality of the carcass and the finished product. Benjamin James did not sprout off the general spiel, instead were extremely genuine in the advice and support. They genuinely knew their product and took the time to listen to the bespoke requirements that we had. We opted for the white gloss kitchen units.

I can honestly say that we were impressed with the non-pushy but very supportive and genuine approach and the time they took to ensure that the measurements were correct and that the order would meet our requirements and satisfaction. The kitchen has now been installed for about 10 months and each time I go into the kitchen it makes me realise just how fantastic the product was; it is also worth paying a little extra for the glass edge finish which gives it the extra wow factor.

We were kept updated about the order and delivery was on time, with the ready built carcasses saved installation time and great care and attention was taken with the delivery without any damage to items.

I have already recommended to family and friends and would have no hesitation in recommending Benjamin James to anyone looking for new bathroom, kitchen or bedroom furniture. We ourselves are now using Benjamin James for our bathroom and bedroom furniture.

A bit nervous about ordering a new kitchen online, but shouldn't have worried. From start to finish, Benjamin James was always on hand with advice and guidance. I sent him diagrams of my kitchen (done in Word...)and when all the units arrived, everything was absolutely spot on. He gave us excellent advice about what would fit in where and accommodated all of our needs. The quality of the the cabinets, doors and fittings was far better than anything I've seen elsewhere and measurements exact. The units arrived ready made up, which was an absolute bonus (although they did fill our living room and dining room for a couple of days) the only units we had to put together were 2 tall larder units, but the fittings for those were really easy and quality items.

We are not professional fitters, just keen DIYers, but with Ben's advice online and over the 'phone, our kitchen looks amazing and everyone is asking who did it and where we got it from. I've always wanted large soft close drawers, but never thought I'd be able to afford them. We had about 20 units delivered, 31 doors, a large box of first class fittings, including all soft close door and drawer fastening and free advice anytime we needed it from Ben, all for under £3000.

This kitchen will last the rest of my lifetime, but I have no qualms that should anything go wrong, Benjamin James will sort it out. Even the delivery driver was singing the praises of BJ's company.

From initial inquiry, through the order process and after sales care, the customer service from Benjamin James has been exceptional. The quality of the units and doors far exceeds anything we have bought before from the likes of B&Q etc. With quality soft close hinges, built carcasses (no flat pack here) and custom size carcasses and panels we can not fault our kitchen. Our kitchen looks stylish and expensive but was a really reasonable price. Will be recommending Benjamin James to friends and family and will be looking to order bedroom furniture too.

i cannot express how much help i was given throughout the whole process whilst buying my kitchen units and doors. even during the fitting after i had made a purchase help was on hand to guide me. products are fantastic quality much better than b and q and elsewhere. would definitely recommend. JB

We had our en-suite enlarged and re-fitted by Benjamin James back in December 2012.Ben is an excellent craftsman who takes pride in his work.

The attention to detail was amazing.

He is honest and trustworthy and very tidy whilst working. We are delighted with our en-suite and have had no problems.

We would recommend Ben and we will use Ben's services again in the future.

Purchased a full set of kitchen doors with matching panels and bits from the websites ebay store. We were informed every step of the way about our order progress and the staff couldn't have been more helpful! Doors turned up on time and were of fantastic quality, much better than any we had seen elsewhere. Would definitely recommend 5 stars!!
