To be honest I can't really give a review on the product as I never received it. I ordered it in mid December and I was told it would be delivered in 1-2weeks When I contacted the company after 3 weeks, they told me the unit was ready but that the filters were on back order. About a week later I contacted them again and asked if they could just send the unit and the filters later on when they became available. I was then told that the unit WAS NOT ready as they had run out of motors, and they would not be in stock until March!! At that point, I contacted my credit card and the company and told them to refund my money. I'm extremely disappointed with the complete runaround, deception and their lack of integrity. If it wasn't ready, why did they tell me it was?

Very good experience from start to finish. This was a big purchase so I had a few questions that were answered in a very timely and professional manner.

Delivery was on time (took a while but I was told beforehand due to the product been made to order)

Product build quality is fantastic and I'm very happy with its performance. It's been perfect with everything I've used it for so far including various large model aeroplanes I've built from scratch.

I will definitely buy from here again should I need any other equipment or replacement filters for my unit.

Overall I can have no real complaints, perhaps some questions could have been answered by the site before I had to email but regardless I'd have probably had to clarify them anyway because a product of this nature is difficult to buy with total peace of mind which I got once I'd spoke to their customer service team.
