Just received my new Peter Reed sheets from bedlinendirect, just what I wanted. Delivered as promised although I did have to wait as they were made to order and the customer services lady kept me informed of the process from start to finish. Order two fitted sheets for an Emperor bed, they came on time and the quality and price was excellent. Have spent a large amount of money in the last few months with this company and in February 2017 I ordered Egyptian bedding and two saffron cushions which stated on their web site were available and in stock, I then received a email from the company to say there was a delay of 6/8 weeks, there was then a further delay and items were received yesterday and wrong shade, they are not saffron but a yellow! Having rang today they want me to pay for postage which I find disgusting as I would of thought as a good will gesture there would be a free returns. I will not use this company in the future and my advice would be to call them to see if items are in stock first
