I am very pleased with my Weber Q1200, the price and the delivery. I placed my order on Friday evening. The package was shipped on Monday and I received it at lunchtime on Wednesday. No fuss and exactly as promised. The shipping cost was quite reasonable for the size of the package too. Well done, BBQs 2U, and I would be happy to recommend you to anyone.

Ordered my items on sunday morning in Ireland. They were shipped and delivered amazingly fast. I received them on Thursday morning. I was kept informed at every stage where my order was in the delivery process. An excelent service. could not fault this company. This is how it should be done.

Following the removal of the Go Anywhere from Weber's UK range, I have been trying to purchase one to go in our campervan - with prices for imports going through the roof on aution sites, I decided to see if there was a chance this great little BBQ would be re-introduced. I found lots of info on BBQs 2U about the go anywhere, and an offer to pre-order for delivery even before the 2014 range was delivered. I ordered in October and was promised delivery in the beginning of December. To my surprise, I received an e-mail that my GA was being packed, and 2 days later it arrived.... about 2 weeks before ETA. I was kept informed of every stage of my order, from confirmation to arrival. I was prepared to pay £130 only a month ago - BBQs 2U cost was £79.99! Excellent!

I haven't opened this yet as it is for my fiancée for Christmas, but I'm really pleased with it already! He saw a friend's last year and I've wanted to get him one ever since. They're quite hard to come by in the UK and are expensive so I am very pleased to have paid less for this than was advertised on eBay etc.

Very good follow up after the order. Slight delay on arrival apparently due to incomplete adress written on the package by shipper and DHL advice left at my adress partly incompreensive. I rate DHL as not so impressive service: just ok. Overall order delivered on time to my satisfaction.

Items received well packed and as advertised shipped relatively quickly with good communications on status.

Great website , easy to select products. Prices of Weber items as good as any other suppliers.

Kept fully informed of progress of delivery etc ordered on Saturday delivered Tuesday and free postage.
