I ordered a full bathroom suite from this company (who also operate as tradetaps.com). The suite is now installed and looks very good - solidly made and well finished.

Unfortunately the delivery company missed initial delivery date without explanation, and then one piece was missing when they did deliver two days later. This threatened to cause some disruption to my building project, but I have to say that the management from Bathroom2u were straight on the case and were very diligent in resolving this (and on updating me on their progress while they investigated it).

I was left feeling that I had an unfortunate (and probably pretty isolated) delivery experience, but that I was in the hands of a company who had the concern and time to sort it out for me. I would certainly buy from them again.

I employed Spazio to overhaul my bathrooms over the winter and I'm thrilled with the work. They've become a really talking point with visiting friends all keen to get Spazio's number :)

I had quite specific ideas about what I was looking for and they knew where to find exactly what I wanted. They also suggested some great ideas that hadn't occured to me.

This was the first time I've used the site after a long and painful trek around the various bathroom stores. The taps were 20% cheaper even after postage and packing and arrived the next day exactly as the customer service rep said. Website was nice and clean and easy to use and the product was exactly as it was described on the site.

Really good, will definitely use again.

Ordered a cloakroom washstand. The first delivery was on time but with the wrong item. Called customer service and it took them another 3 days to tell me when the redelivery would be. When the second delivery came, it took the driver half and hour to locate the items. In short, very poor logistics service! Like the NHS, it does the job as long as you are happy to wait.

Needed a shower head to cope with a Low Pressure Water Boiler (high flow - basically lots of water flow but no pressure) - ordered 3 shower handsets as haven't been able to find any that worked and allowed my boiler enough water flow to kick on. All three worked perefctly! As described on site "For Low Pressure"

I was very happy with the quality of the items ordered. However, it took weeks and weeks to get all the items dispatched. Once dispatched, the chosen couriers (DPD) failed to deliver twice due to dubious excuses (order was rejected by a name I have never heard of, and that I had allegedly moved house). This is not Bathroom2u's fault but I would question whether they should change courier.

One item was faulty (small leak - again not bathroom2u's fault, and they did manage to replace it very quickly).

The price was very good for the quality, but the various hassle resulted in me thinking I should have paid a bit more and bought it from a local shop.

Excellent service and delivery.

Good service, plenty of email communication to advise of transaction progress and delivery schedule. Delivery was prompt amd on schedule and although delivery charge seems very expensive, cost of product was cheaper than I could find elsewhere so over all good value. Product was of good quality and as advertised. A very good internet seller - recommended.

excellent only let down by the items not all arriving together and taking upto 10 days for all the items to arive

We had a small timescale to fit a complete bathroom and not everything could be bought locally so we contacted bathroom2u website and were delighted to receive our first order by the next day. The second order was for a glass shower surround and could not be delivered until the following week by a specialist glass courier BUT we were able to arrange our own pick-up within two days from a warehouse only one hour away.

We were able to finish the bathroom on time.

The days wasted at B&Q before we found your site could have been avoided.
