Nightmare To Deal With!
They didn't deliver key components of the bathroom leading to the firout being stalled (with their recommended contractors) some of which time we were without a toilet or shower. The wall tiles they supplied did not match the floor tiles and we ended up having to make quite a lot of compromises about the look and design from components that were available - all very last minute and pressured. Throughout the process it was difficult to get anyone from management to engage, and when they did the line taken was " it is your problem " ....be warned their not an easy company to deal with!
Nice Email but disaster service guys ....We have been left with a half finish bathroom, and unless we accept the mis-match tile to tray combination that your MD fairly aggressively pushed we may need to strip out and start again. People laugh when we show them what you say is "very close" its not the same texture or base color!
I have to say Bathroom Heaven you shouldn't be selling / recommending products you cant deliver, the last minute change of tray has left us unable to match tiles and a massive problem.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to your concerns. Because shower trays are made of different materials to porcelain tiles, it was always going to be challenging to meet your exact requirement of a floor tile that both exactly matches the wall tiles for size and the tray for colour and texture.
They have all spent a considerable amount of time to that end and you have had a visit to site by the managing director. We do feel we came very close but ultimately you did not feel able to accept the options we put forward. You now have the tile swatch and we do wish you well in finding the precise tile match that you are looking for.

Beautiful Bathroom Products
I was annoyed because after looking for all my bathroom stuff at so many places I couldn't find anything like what I wanted. After I found bathroom heaven and had a look at their website, I found everything I needed and the style I wanted. There is a wide range of bathroom products and it was amazing to be able to order online after going to see some of their products at their showrooms which I must say, are beautiful. To me that is a great idea, to be able to go and see it live on the showrooms to feel confident when ordering online. I got everything delivered straight to my house after one week in perfect conditions. Now I feel so happy to have the bathroom I always wanted thanks to Bathroom Heaven.
