Oh Dear Dear

ordered a shower tray and towel rail radiator told awaiting rail so waited and waited no show, foned again deliberately cut of umpteen times, eventually got shower tray but missing pieces and quality is suspect, towel rail out of stock eventually got refund after more calls and emails, after 4 weeks still awaiting pieces although got refund just now for rail. never use they are changing name to bathrooms.com due to poor feedback like this site. their stuff is low grade sourced from china where the quality control is shocking

Overpriced Low Quality Products & Non-existant Customer Service

I purchased a walk-in shower enclosure from bathroomevolution.com (now bathrooms.com) about 3 months ago. It looked nice on the website and although it was quite expensive compared to some others I'd seen it looked superior so thought I would pay the extra.

The first shower tray I recieved (waited 2 weeks for delivery) was cracked, it took a further 2 weeks for a replacement to be recieved. All the time I spent on the phone to their prem rate number was wasted because I was just told lies and missinformed me about when a repacement was due to arrive. Then one of the shower valves was defective so another 2 weeks later a new one turned up.

The instructions with it were a joke, all written in some kind of hybrid english/chinese language which leads me to believe they just sell cheap low quality chinese imported products.

I'm still not really happy about the quaity of the items and there are still parts that aren't right but I've lost the will to deal with these people any futher, sent numerous complaints and not one response recieved.

I'm not one to moan and I've never felt it necessary to bad mouth the service I've recieved from any other site in the past but bathrooms.com were so poor I just had to vent somehow as they just ignored any complaint I sent to them directly.

In short, stay away because these guys are incompetent. Their currier DSV are just as bad, 7 hours late on once occasion and rude on the phone.

DON'T PUT YOURSELF FOR THE PAIN OF ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY......THE WEBSITE IS GREAT AS IT MAKES YOU THINK THE GOODS ARE ALL IN STOCK AND ITEMS WILL BE DESPATCHED SOON.....BUT DON'T GET SUCKED IN!

ORDERED TRAY AND SHOWER SCREEN 3 WEEKS AGO, THEY HAVE LIED TO ME ON 5 OCCASSIONS ABOUT WHEN THIS WILL DELIVERED.....NEVER DID...

EVENTUALLY GOT DELIVERED LAST FRIDAY, THE TRAY WAS CHIPPED AND THE SCREEN WAS IN A MILLION PIECES.......

NO CALL FROM THE COMPANY OFFERING A REPLACEMENT SENT...CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT......

IN SUMMARY.......FORGET ABOUT IT....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE EVEN IF IT COSTS A FEW QUID MORE!!!

Orderd A Complete Shower + Tray In Their Designer

Orderd a complete shower + tray in their designer collection. The tray sent was the wrong shape, though this wasn't obvious until it was installed. Contacted their customer service and so far they have been willing to help though it has yet to be resolved, so this is still ongoing. Will rate again depending on resolution.

I Placed An Order With This Company On Dec 5th And

i placed an order with this company on dec 5th and was notified following day that shower screen was out of stock till dec 20.its now jan 25-still no shower screen despite 3 phonecalls and having my account debited .i've now cancelled the order and am waiting on a refund.

at least todays assistant was pleasant and helpful.

not a pleasant experience overall and i wont be using them again.

Would never use this company again. Frameless shower is incorrect dimensions and doesn't work. Instructions are meaningless. Customer service adviser wasn't interested in helping.

We went through 4 P shaped baths. They were so badly made in China that each was different and all had the outside edges sloping down away from the bath so water pooled and and water from the shower went onto the floor under the door: regardless of door settings.

When products are poor it is the devil to get them to admit. They kept saying the next one has been checked.And even when they admit that they are all faulty, they carry on selling them to the unwary. Really! They did pay £90 for the fitter to get out the first one fitted and replace .. but of course we did pre-checks for levels . We gave up at four and used severe jacking.

The plumber had the same experience with the built in cistern. They finally admitted to a design fault. Again a problem not obvious until installed.

The mixer was poor with a combi so we cannot get cold water regardless of plumber alterations of setting

Of course when you change your mind when the plumber gets round to fitting, they won't take back items. Very one way.

Dreadful overall. It has so damaged our trust in web suppliers that we are now using those with shops: eg Bathstore.

Also no reviews are written for most of these places so they are mantraps.

I rate the web site highly because it is good. This is unfortunate as it attracts you in. They should be out of business. They did only just enough to stop me taking them to court. The time of all involved that was wasted was huge and the stress terrible
