This company sell a good product but when it goes wrong they promise the earth and deliver the same as their pumps. I had to return a pump to them, they made me purchase another until they looked at the returned pump, they then had the nerve to say that I drilled a hole into the pump and therefore voided the warranty. Why on earth would I drill a hole into a pump? They offered to send me a picture as proof, all that would do is prove that they drilled it!

They have a good talk on the phone and have an excellent delivery / collection service. BUT, they WONT REFUND when things go wrong, and they do.

I bought the maxi sewage pumping station just over 24 months ago costing £1900.00 terrific sales patter I felt assured they knew what they were talking about. 12 months later the pump stopped working, I contacted the office and was assured not a problem just pay for replacement pump and send original one back, once my pump was assessed I would be reimbursed in full. I was told not a problem as Zoeller pumps are best on market. 10 months later after I contacted them I am still trying to find out what the problem is, so far all I have received 10 days ago is a photo of a pump with what looks like a piece of toilet paper in it, and an email stating it is a foreign object but they cant say what this foreign object is. It looks dubious to say the least. No explanation as to if it can be fixed or even for that matter where the pump is now. Their so called "comprehensive after-sale service" is worth nothing Would I trust them again? Definitely not!!! Buyers beware

My wife and I walk two big dogs who often get very dirty in the winter when they've been for walkies. We spotted an outside mixer tap for sale which delivered hot and cold water and was designed not to freeze in the winter. The tap was promptly delivered and fitted by a plumber. We had some initial problems with a leaky pressure valve when we fitted a garden hose spray attachment to the tap but a call to an advisor in customer services quickly resolved the problem. We are delighted with the tap and like its "no freeze" functionality. This has yet to be tested in severe weather but we are confident that it will perform as described since the valves open indoors and any water in the tap automatically runs out the tap when switched off. We would certainly recommend both tap and supplier

After multiple basement issues, we found Basement Systems, who came and advised on the problem. The solution wasn't cheap, but the work was done as agreed and has made a huge difference to the way water is handled in this area. When we had an issue with one of the early alarm sensors, a new one was sent out immediately. Recently we have had our first year service, and again the work was carried out quickly and giving us peace of mind.

Ran into a potential showstopper of a sewage disposal problem, but a quick search on sewage pumps and I found what I needed. Excellent answers to my queries and the mini pumping station arrived as promised, plus the free alarm. Job done! Fiona

I needed a waste pump to send kitchen waste to the septic tank which was inaccessible to conventional to drainage.

I didn't want a noisy under sink solution, then I found basement and drainage systems. After some help and advice over the phone I ordered a pump. It arrived quickly, it was great quality and very heavy duty. Everything I needed to install it came with it including a tank.

I needed some advice during the installation, and the advisor was extremely helpful and informative answering all my questions and offering further helpful tips.

The pump works great, fantastic item, building regs were very impressed and had not seen one before.

It felt like the service you get from a local store but on line, I would definitely buy from again.

With the cost of connecting a "one up, one down" cottage in our garden to the sewer on the road utterly prohibitive, we turned to making a connection to the sewer at our main house - but which is on higher ground.

We found the sewage pumping station to allow this from Basement and Drainage Systems - together with the advice that allowed us to install it ourselves. Even allowing for the hire of a mini-digger to create the channel to bury the foul pipe, it still came in at only 25% of what we would have had to pay to get onto the road!

Highly recommend them.
