Door arrived late but biggest problem was getting an invoice from them for our business books.....despite continuing to chase them and many promises from them to send an VAT invoice none has arrived so if you are a business user i.e. building company, beware, no paperwork will be received for your accounts and the VAT man....perhaps they are not VAT registered....!!!

Have been searching the website for a long time looking for doors came across Bargain Doors. Had my door delivered in the specified time. Helpful staff. Would definetly order from them again.

I spent 402 pounds on my doors and the best price I could find anywhere else was over 500 pounds. The carrier booked in with me and to my surpise arrived when he said he would and the guys on the van politely put the doors exactly where I asked. Having shopped around for the best deal, i would use this firm again because everything worked smoothly and as it should. The ladies on the phones are good too. The phones get answered, and they call you back. An all round good firm.

I ordered my doors from Bargain Doors after being let down by another company. The customer service was very good and the lady appreciated I needed the doors quickly. They arrived on time (quite early in the morning, but at least I didn't need to take time off work) and are of lovely quality even better than in the picture. Would recommend highly.

I spent ages looking at many sites on the web that sell doors and eventually bought from bargain door because they had exactly what i wanted and at a good price and then delivery was free. My doors arrive in about 10 days and i am pleased with the quality and their all round service. The delivery people booked in the day before and called when they were about half an hour away.

I searched high and low for the size of louvre doors i needed and could only find them on Bargain Doors site. I spoke on the phone before i bought them and the lady was most helpful and checked the stock position before i placed my order. My louvre doors arrive within a couple of days and i was delighted with them. I will need some more doors for our other flat we are refurbing in the new year, and will definately go back to them for the doors i will need then. It was rather useful the way i simply filled in my name and phone number when i was browsing through their site, and i was called back with the help i wanted.

I have had a good experience buying from Bargaindoor. I ordered my new front online. After i ordered i phoned to check how fast delivery would be, and to say that i needed my door urgently, they very kindly had the door delivered by a local cab company the next day. I am delighted with my door and the service i received. I am having another property refubed soon and shall definately be using them again.

Absolutly terrible service. I called the company 2 days before the delivery date only to be told that the Door I ordered was not in stock.

I had to find an alternative and I was Guarenteed a Saturday morning delivery.

The door did not arrive. I was then promised a Monday delivery and the door arrived late on Monday afternoon.

I was promised to a refund on the door, then was told this was not the case and I would only get the difference in the door price which was £180.00. 4 Month down the line I am still waiting for my money back.

Many excuses have followed and I have also had to pay for the labourers time because of the late deliver coming to over £300.00. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

(name removed)(Trading as: The Pine Factory / Wimbledon Pine / Bargain Doors)is a very nasty piece of work. In December last year he not only refused to pay his courier the £17,000 he owed them but also called their Factoring company and told them he wouldnt be paying, which led to the factoring company pulling the plug on his funding.

That put 40+ staff out of a job a week before Christmas (me being one of them). I have no doubt he actually smiles about that before he goes to sleep.

(name removed)also owns www.bargaindoors.net (check the whois at: http://whois.domaintools.com/bargaindoors.net), he sent a half arsed letter out to his suppliers saying that he is "selling" the company (Bargain Doors) but the same girls who answered the phone for The Pine Factory, (name removed) being one of them are answering the phone for Bargain Doors (number removed).

I have relationships with two of Bargain Doors suppliers and know that even if (name removed) is claiming to have sold the company, he is still paying for goods and services using his own personal credit card!!!
