Recently received a call from a female Operative regarding a job application.

I simply enquired about the Company Location and she instantly flew into a condescending tantrum on my ability to read. I then asked what the hours were. She did not know, but once I was given the information and paused to work out the total, was abruptly told. “ Look.... If you have to think about it, you obviously don’t want the job, do you.” She then hung up.

No one likes a bully in the work place. Disgustingly rude and abrupt manner. Would never work for you. Would never buy your products, but will be happy to report this to Head Office. I now hang up.....

I ordered a hoover online then i see a bigger model on their website, i telephone the company as i ordered online, a young man answered he was so helpful and polite, told him i had just ordered and the model, he found it straight away no delay, he cancelled my first order and told me to re order the larger hoover and i would get a refund on the 5th day for my first order cancelled. I could not believe it my hoover came the very next day....... The price was brilliant and the service 5 star plus. Would i recommend this company avern cleaning supplies, i certainly would for excellent value and service..... Thankyou avern cleaning well done.. 

I've order a hover from avern and ive been contacting them on an number of times and they keep saying it will be with you today they haven't got a clue so i have waiting indoors all day 3 times this has happened i wouldn't never use avern again so please people shop around some were eles you will get a much better service and save you the stress and time-wasting for you sitting indoors.

Ordered a Numatic George which was showing as "in stock" and next day delivery.

Contacted them 4 days later to say I hadn't received it and they replied its out of stock ! They had taken my money and also sent me a "shipped" email !

Will never ever use again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone...absolutely useless

Do not use, complete rip off. Ordered and paid for an item, next day i was told it was not coming as i had not paid, when i pointed out i had proof of payment my money miraculously turned up on there system, i said i was not happy with the "ladies " attitude on the phone and she said i could either have a refund or the product, i said i wanted the product but was telling her she needed to work on her customer service skills and she said she did not want to deal with me anymore and would only give me a refund. Now i have to wait 3 days for my money which was transferred into there bank instantly as the "ladie" was not willing to send my money via PayPal so i could get it in the bank the same day. To top it all off at the end of the call she said that she was the owner !!!

I bought a Numatic George and the online order process was easy and the order turned up promptly. When later I had a guarantee claim it was dealt with very promptly and a replacement was sent out within a day. Can not complain at all about the service levels and attention to communications.

Will definitely be using them again.

All round exceptional fast and efficient service would definitely use again ,and would highly recommend to family and friends

When we bought our Henry vacuum cleaner

on-line, we received very good service. A few

months later, after having a few weeks of

problems, where the turbo brush kept working

off the tube, a call to James at Avern, was handled

quickly and efficiently. Not only did he call the

manufacturers, he got straight back to us to say

the brush would be replaced, but was currently

out of stock. He kept us in the loop the whole

time and a new brush was delivered last week.

Would gladly recommend them.
