Avoid this merchant - they are unprofessional, give poor service and your legal rights may be denied.

I returned a faulty item to them and was entitled to reimbursement of costs under sale of goods legislation. Although the item was replaced they failed to reimburse costs. Despite stating the above legislation they then tried to claim it was returned under warranty so they wouldn't have to pay costs to me - it wasn't, but they still didn't pay. They did however claim back the cost of the item from the manufacturer, so they were never out of pocket.

They made excuse after lame excuse, all for the sake of a few pounds pounds. Ultimately they gave no option but to involve Trading Standards & threaten legal proceedings , which promptly persuaded them to pay up. Even after all that they had the cheek to charge me pay the payapal payment fee, or it may just have been incompetence.

Once again, avoid these sort of cowboys. Service zero, competence zero. One wonders how many years they've been denying other consumers of their rights. Poor, very very poor.
