Ordered a Leisuregrow BBQ which when arrived, very promptly, wasn't the model I thought I was getting so sent it straight back. Have since been waiting a month for the refund. Despite numerous emails and phone calls promising me that someone called Stuart was dealing with it and would call me back to update me and tell me when the money would be paid back I have heard nothing and received nothing. Stuart has always ''just popped out'' when I call but never calls back when he pops back in.

Absolute nightmare company to deal with as totally ignore any form of communication. Still waiting for the money but still chasing them.

I had read the reviews and will admit that I was a little worried, but a bit like TripAdvisor - you have to read them all, and then trust your own gut. I am very happy (again) that I trusted my gut as from making the order to receiving it - was 6 days, and given the fact that it was being delivered to Ireland, I have to say I am mighty pleased (hard to get the postal service to deliver a piece of post that quick).

I can only speak for my experience - and accept that some people may have bad experiences, but I was not one of them.

We ordered the Kensington furniture set. Slightly nervous ordering online without having seen in person however very very happy with the product and the delivery/customer service. Item was delivered less than 48 hours after order/payment and the furniture really is very good quality. Heavy, robust and attractive furniture set. Chairs very comfortable. With appropriate wood care this will last years. Worth it's RRP of £800, bargain at discount price of £400. Folding legs are nice feature so it can be put away in the garage during winter and the mechanism is smooth and strong. Bolts/nuts are brass and there is even a safety clip on the chairs to prevent them from folding unintentionally. My partner dealt with the delivery and he said the lady who phoned him to arrange delivery was very helpful and pleasant and the gentleman who delivered was friendly. Cannot fault this company or product.

Ordered my rattan set on Sunday and received my order on Tuesday. Received 2 calls from the delivery company which was very helpful.

Would be nice to receive a call from Alfresco but that level of service seems to be non existent with online companies. Overall great service and I will use them again.

I ordered my goods before visiting this review site and was immediately concerned. However, I cannot complain. My goods were delivered the very next day with a phonecall prior to drop off. The goods were well packed in excellent condition and are of a high quality. Just wish Alfresco Living sold sunshine so I could sit out on my furniture more!!!!! Please don't be afraid to use this company.

We are very cautious about buying on line as you do not always get what you see on line! In this instance we were over joyed

Excellent ON line supplier. truly what you see is what you get! No hidden surprises. A pleasurer to deal with form start to finish, if onlu all on line supply was as honest.Excellent communication from order to delivery to aftercare.

Quality of goods is better than expected! Wife was thrilled.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company as they came good on everything they said. I had looked long and hard before deciding to buy from them and am delighted I did.

From the ease of purchase to the follow up phone call to check my address, I ordered on a Sunday and received my goods on the Thursday after taking on call from a very pleasant man on the Wednesday evening to say when my delivery would be,and surprise, it wasnt a full or half day delivery slot it was a half hour slot between 8am and 8.30am and true to his word it arrived just after 8am! We checked and assembled the furniture the same day and it just as stated on the website. Good quality, sturdy, attractive and I look forward to many happy hours of use.

I would recommend this company to anyone, so dont be put off by the negative comments.

Ordered some garden furniture from this company before seeing the reviews.

Was of course concerned weather I would actually receive my furniture!

Happily my garden furniture arrived on time and am happy with the overall quality.

We placed an order in good faith , at no point was there any indication that they did not have the goods in stock.We received e-mail to say out of stock having taken our money , we waited for 4 weeks and cancelled order , we have been chasing refund for over a week now, promised immediate refund each day. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!

Beware before ordering from this website. We just ordered a garden table set and a BBQ. I even called to check they were in stock before I placed the order. The table bundle turned up as expected but no BBQ. After 2 calls to cust services I was advised that there was a note on the system saying that the BBQ was out of stock. I accepted an alternative model for the same price as we needed the BBQ for the weekend. I was promised a Saturday delivery and guess what, no BBQ. I had to go out and buy a more expensive BBQ locally.

The staff are nice enough and apologetic but there is obviously an issue with stock.
