Seller advises courier collected item on 12th October for delivery and subsequently lost the package, whilst courier denies all knowledge. Seller claims they're liaising with courier, whilst courier claims they've had no contact. Seller advises new parcel dispatched urgently with delivery scheduled for Friday 25th October ; it's Saturday 26th October and no parcel, no contact from anybody.
