They didn't deliver and failed to respond to any of my email.

Do not use took my money and never sent goods, tried to phone them on numerous occasions and the phone just rings out please avoid at all cost

Just found out on the reviews of this company that the firm has gone bust.Ordered some audio leads in April 2012 and was sent half the order with the rest to follow.Rang them 2 months later and was told they were awaiting stock replacement.I needed some more leads so I asked if they could send them on the same order saving p&p.They took my order and money and promised to e-mail me when being delivered.I had been waiting patiently as I was not needing the items urgently.Today I tried to ring them but their phone number was not recognized so here I am at the reviews and out of pocket and feeling conned by the fact that they did not give the slightest indication of any difficulties When I ordered. Does anyone know any updates and if the police are involved?

I have a similar story to all the other comments. Ordered an indoor Digital Aerial - told there would be a delay - then nothing. No response to any emails and no product. Cost of item taken via Debit Card almost immediately. I am now in the process of trying to get a refund via my bank. This company's name should be removed from any "search list" immediately. Otherwise other innocent customers could suffer a similar fate.

I ordered a few items from Aerial Shack around 2-3 months ago and had no problems with payment or delivery of items, they even gave me a refund on an item no longer required.

I did however place another order that was also returned as I no longer had need for it. In total I must have sent around 6 emails to them asking for a progress update but I never received a reply. Also, as others have said no one would answer the phone.

I have checked on Companies House's Data base and it says they went into Liquidation. I'm not getting that money back then!!!!

Aerial Shack was based on the same trading estate i work on. About a week or two ago the sign appeared on the main door and it looks like they have cleared out. caught a glimpse inside the other day and it looks like someone is now storing furniture inside the warehouse. good luck to anyone trying to buy from them or get their money back

I have also been caught albeit for the princely sum of £2.99. Similar story to other recent reviews, only sent part of my order stating item out of stock!!!!!!. Waited a month sent emailand advised again still oos. Sibce then no reples to email & telephone number just rings. To top it all Paypal aren't interested as being a trusting soul, I didn't contact them until after their 45 day time limit had past. Hey ho I wished I'd checked the reviews before. Caveat Emptor my friends.

They take your order and your money and only deliver half the order with promises to deliver others in three weeks. They don,t respond to emails or phone calls, and the order is never completed is this theft?

Terrible firm don't go there

Ordered an FM3 aerial. Web site says 3-5 days delivery. After chasing recieved an e-mail to say the aerial was out of stock and it would be up to 3 weeks delivery. Sent several e-mails asking to re-confirm delivery but no replies, then to cancel the order, no reply. I even tried to contact by phone using the number provided on their one and only e-mail. This would just ring untill disconnected or be contiually engaged. Fortunately I had paid using my Visa card. Contacted Visa and eventually recovered my payment. I wish I had read this review site first before ordering, as it looks like a common occurance. "AVOID THIS COMPANY".

Finally bought the aerial from Blake Arials who took my order over the phone and it was delivered within 7 days. No problem.
