Obtained a quotation from this company last year. Had asked them to split the quote between 4 different jobs that needed doing. After a couple of weeks a single written quotation arrived.

Tried them again this year (they are local). They missed the appointed day (we were unable to get in touch with them), but we rearranged a visit.

They said they would be able to email a quote tomorrow. After a couple of weeks a split written quotation arrived (note. on this occasion we were wishing for a single quote). They'd originally said they should be free to do the job around the middle of June. We wrote back, accepting the quote, provided they completed the work by the end of June.

At least they visited and quoted!

This July we've contacted another company.
