Enquired re a replacement shower on phone - was in stock - I did not want to order online but wanted pick up from store. Yes plenty in and website showed price as £94. Went into store a few days later, was told it was wrong price and should be £130 - lady rang through to collegue who then came to front desk, they spoke in their language so I couldn't understand and then magically the shower was not in stock anymore - obviously didn't want to sell it for £94. Luckily they did me favour as found £10 cheaper online with free delivery! Wont be returning again. Purchased original shower and bathroom from them which is sub standard Chinese so wouldn't use again (my bathroom fitter said he had to replace parts of cheap and nasty washers supplied etc)

The price and looks of the bathroom units made us buy everything from them from the bath and screen to toilet and four matching units sinks etc.

The seals wouldn't fit the flush feed to the toilet and resulted in multiple floodings that cost us carpets, plastering and painting.

Watch out, you get what you pay for it seems with these people and they refuse to respond to my emails.

I have no hesitation recommending this company, excellent service nothing is too much trouble, customer care is second to none. fantastic vaule for money very happy customer.
