Welcome Furniture (North Wales) advertise themselves as the producer of Quality Ready Assembled Furniture.

BUT, we recently had a delivery of 5 items only to find that 4 of the items had various imperfections. One item looked like it had the imprint of a boot on the top surface which had scratched the finish, another item had chipped edges to the veneer and most of them looked like the final surface coat had been put on without the surface having been cleaned first so that there were small raised bumps in the surface.

Luckily the delivery driver noticed these problems and reported them back to the factory. I am now waiting for the complete order to be rebuilt and delivered.

This would appear to be very poor Quality Control checks prior to packing and delivery, but I would also question the quality of the production process for these faults to even exist, let alone be found during quality control.
