Picture arrived today in very poor packaging...something I would only use to internally wrap an article before packaging in strong cardboard...needless to say it was ripped in numerous places....and on freeing the picture from its flimsy wrapping I find the frame broken in 2 places.

No one answers in customer service...and as of yet o response from email.

Avoid at all cost!,

I have ordered successfully from this company in the past and I don't doubt others have too. However, as a result of my last order I will never order from Viva Print again. The canvas print arrived 3 days late and the MDF frame was broken in several places. This was not apparent until removing all of the packaging. Contacted Viva Print by email, webmail and telephone but no response/answer. Lack of time forced me to arrange alternative solution. I have complained to Trading Standards and am seeking refund via VISA. If you don't mind taking the risk Viva Print are the cheapest out there. If your order is for someone/something special then it's probably worthwhile spending a bit more with another company.

Very pleased with my canvas set of our wedding day pics, even enlarged the quality is amazing! Nice easy to use website and at a good price

Absolutely Terrible! Stay away!

I received a damaged canvas nearly two months ago and I have emailed and rung their 'customer service' number but nobody picks up the phone!!!

I had a great customer service experience, I emailed my photo to viva before I ordered to ask if the quality was ok, I reviewed a free e-proof back off them recommending which sizes were suitable, very pleased with the finished product.

My canvas arrived damaged as the packaging was very poor i rang viva print there phone never ever gets answered emailed them several times with pictures of the damage again with no replys at all i would never use again and would never reccomend this company as there after sale and customer service is no excistant

I also doubt the good reviews, I REC'D A DREADFUL, BAD REPRODUCTION TODAY COMPANY WERE UNHELPFUL IN THEIR EMAIL. I HAVE UPLOADED SEVERAL TIMES USING SEVERAL DIFFERENT COMPANIES AND THIS IS FIRST TIME, IT IS A TERRIBLE CANVAS, BLURRED, COLOUR FADED, AND THE IMAGE HAS MOVEMENT WHEN PRINTING. WHY COULDN'T THEY HAVE CONTACTED ME PRIOR TO PRINTING IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM ..? AND SUGGESTED HOW TO OVERCOME. THE PRODUCT IS UNACCEPTABLE, FAULTY AND SO VERY UPSETTING. THE ORIGINAL PHOTO WAS TAKEN IN A STUDIO BY A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY COMPANY SO THERE IS NO EXCUSE. UNDER THE SALE OF GOODS WHEN A PRODUCT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, OR FAULY THEN THE CUSTOMER IS ENTITLED TO A REFUND. THE TRUE TEST OF A COMPANY IS WHEN ONE HAS A PROBLEM AND SO FAR, THEY HAVE FALLEN FAR SHORT OF BOTH THE WORKMANSHIP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER.IF THE COMPANY HAD BEEN MORE HELPFUL I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO RESORT TO WRITING THIS.

I had a print last year from viva and have just ordered another set of 3, they came on time and I'm really pleased with them thank you

Very pleased with my new prints excellent value for money, you can use your own photos so your prints are unique! Would deff use again!

Ordered a canvas print from viva, arrived next days as promised. Very pleased with how my photo has turned out, looks very nice up on the wall.

Extremely impressed with the speedy delivery, well priced too.
