I recently purchased a shoe storage cupboard for £269 from Tszuji. Since the day of the purchase (nearly a month ago), their Customer Service number isn't working and they have not replied to any emails. It looks as though they have disappeared with my money, I have not received my purchase. Do not use!

I ordered two walnut shoe cabinet. I received one white one and one walnut effect. It took several phone calls and emails to get a replacement. The courier never arrived when promised. The white cabinet was picked up and the replacement delivered separately. If you are working this will be a problem. The retailer was too concerned with apportioning blame - the warehouse, the courier, the distribution centre.

Both cabinets were faulty. The coating was chipped and the chipboard could be seen. We weren't concerned about the first because the faulty bit would not be visible but the second cabinet had a chip on the drawer front. We couldn't face the whole replacement ordeal and kept them.

Oh, and the "walnut" shoes cabinets were walnut effect but for the price any reasonable person would expect that. Hint to retailer - check out the Sale of Goods legislation. If you describe goods as walnut they should be walnut, not coated chipboard.

The two stars for actually being able to speak to someone on the other end of the phone and prompt response to emails. The product would be value for money if not faulty.
