I purchased a cuckoo clock from here to replace a old one and the customer service was the best that I ever received from any company. I have to say shipping was super fast and the clock was very well packed. If your going to buy a new clock purchase it from here and you will be very happy with the service you receive.

I was looking for a Hunters Black Forest cuckoo clock to replace one my Aunt & Uncle had when I was a child. After many nights of searching I found the exact clock at The Wellmade Clock Shop. I sent an email with all my questions. Someone quickly replied, answering all my questions, giving me the exact cost & letting me know how soon they would be able to ship my clock. With COVID it’s affected many aspects of our lives including availability of hand-carved clocks from Germany. He informed me that there was a shipment that was waiting to be unpacked and he would give me an update as soon as possible. And that he did! He personally called me 3x on Christmas Eve to let me know the status of my particular clock, when he completed the transaction & an approximate ship date. When the clock was secured he emailed me with a ship date & a tracking number. The clock was in my possession two days after that. The Wellmade Clock Company is a very helpful, reliable, courteous, thorough & well priced establishment. I highly recommend them whatever your time keeping need's may be.

I ordered my Bulova wall clock from The Well Made Clock Company on July 9th and there was a problem getting delivery to me because of a computer upgrade.

But I got an email and a phone call from the owner old of The Well Made Clock Company. First apologizing for the unforeseen delivery delay then several more to apprise me of the delivery status. When I did get the clock on July 23rd, it was perfect for the wall I mounted it on.

This owner should be commended for his customer service skills. It was awesome to deal with someone who really cared about his customer and his product.

I did a lot of research before buying a Rombach and Haas cuckoo clock, but finally decided to buy it from The Well Made Clock. What a great company (and a great clock)! They are very personable, provide top notch service and support, AND they had the best price (even better than Amazon)! I dealt directly with the owner, and he couldn't have been nicer--very down to earth and made you feel special. I highly recommend that you buy your next clock from them.

Lots of web sites have decent prices and good selection. But the mark of an excellent company is how they stand with you if a problem arises. The Well Made clock certainly has some of the best prices around and an excellent selection. I made a purchase and then decided to return the clock in favor of another model by a different manufacturer. The owner of The Well Made clock handled my return and intervened with the manufacturer to make sure my return was at no cost to me via a prepaid shipping label.

Things got more complicated when my return was severely damaged by the shipping company and the manufacturer had to file a claim. As you can imagine this is not a quick process but The Well Made Clock stood with me the entire time and kept me updated as to progress. It was a tense period as I stood to lose hundreds of dollars but in the end things were settled and my refund was processed immediately. I had already purchased another clock from The Well Made Clock so all was well. I am extremely happy with both my new clock as well as the way I was supported throughout the process.

Ned Ingberman, proprietor of The Well Made Clock, is customer focused, and a very pleasant person to work with. Prices are better than other merchants dealing with cuckoo clocks. I ordered my clock and was told it would take 6-8 weeks since it would have to ship from Germany. The clock arrived in 6 weeks but there was a manufacturer problem. I called Ned and he assisted me in returning the clock for repairs. Ned kept me updated regarding the clocks status. Since I received the repaired clock 6 days later, it looks great runs well, and keeps excellent time. I am very pleased with my purchase from and the great service provided by Ned at The Well Made Clock. I will return to The Well Made Clock if I ever need another clock or assistance with the one I now have.

I got it today and it is beautiful! So happy with it! I had talked to Ned on the phone and he was very helpful and nice to work with! The price was amazing compared to other sites. I also like the site and the fact that they had a video to see the clock working with the owl hooting. Very happy with my purchase!

My grandson is delighted with the clock. The colors are vibrant and the quality is excellent. The staff was very helpful in ordering and the delivery was very quick which made a 3 year old very happy on his birthday

When I reported that clock was missing a part (due to the manufacturer's error), the owner called and emailed me about the problem, contacted the manufacturer right away and I had a replacement part in two days.
