This company have good solid products. However they are having significant difficulties and seem unable to deliver. The company seems to be only contactable via a mobile phone number and we only know the person I dealt with by his first name.

Whilst I like the furniture I would recommend avoiding this company as you are likely to lose your money.

Looking at companies house website, it seems that the Director of the company is either inactive (he is the director of loads of companies) or is hiding is identity. 

I just wanted to say how much we love our new bed! It is exactly how we had hoped it would be from the photos.

We are really pleased with it, so thank you. Also, please pass on our thanks to the chap who delivered it and

single handedly got it all up our stairs and put it together for us. Still not sure how he managed to carry the

sleepers by himself! His friendly, cheerful attitude is a credit to your company. In a world when people are so

quick to complain, but not so quick to acknowledge good service, I thought I would just let you know we are utterly

delighted with it. Thanks again.

I bought this chunky beast of a bed from The Cool Wood Company online showroom, a few weeks ago and just wanted to share how happy I am with it. I was a bit daunted about buying something a big as a bed online, without seeing it first, but my reservations were unfounded! The bed was 10 times better in the flesh, handmade and finished to a very high quality. the sales and delivery guys were great and the bed was assembled for me at no extra cost which i was not expecting. I would highly recommend this bed for it's quality, style and comfort, and the company for it's great service, friendly approach - nothing was too much trouble.
