Will Use Again - Don't Be Put Off By Other Negative Reviews
I ordered a "Julien Bowen" metal Bedframe from The BedFrame Shop online just before Christmas 2014 and requested delivery for early in the New Year. On their first day back of trading, the company telephoned me to ask if I could wait for one more day on delivery due to Christmas dispatch from their warehouse being backlogged. I was happy with this but changed the date to a few days later to suit me. I waited in on the day of delivery and telephoned the company to check that the bed was definitely being delivered. They informed me it was and so I continued to wait. After the 5pm delivery slot had passed, my bed had not arrived. I couldn't get hold of the company as they had closed. I looked online at that point and then saw all the negative reviews about this company, and thought that I had been caught by purchasing from a "dodgy" company. However, the next day the company answered, and they were very helpful and apologetic. I spoke to their customer services team and also to the courier company directly. Both companies were very helpful. I was explained as to why the bedframe didn't arrive, and I was given another date to suit me. The driver called when he was 10 minutes away so I didn't have to wait in all day again. The bedframe arrived, and we built the bed with ease following the clear instructions. We are delighted with the frame, and its quality and sturdiness, and we were delighted with the customer service assistance we received due to the late delivery. I would recommend this company, and I would use this company again should we decide to buy another frame.

Do not use this company! My bed did not arrive when was meant to. Got a phone call on the day to say it is out of stock. Still waiting for it. When I called to chase, there was no answer or kept getting cut off.
Asked for a full refund so lets see how long it takes me to get this!

Worst Ever, Save Your Money
Bought a bedframe, the planks underneath we're not long enough so as soon as you sat on the bed the plank would fall providing no support. I emailed them and was told to send some pictures which is what I did, bearing in mind This was in the beginning of December I have not heard anything since. I am 7 month pregnant Told them this as this was causing major back pain and not even a response.... Stay clear they take your money and couldn't careless about the quality of the bed..

Worst Company Ever!
I have had the most trouble with this company i dont even think they deserve one star. I ordered a bed to which they told me it wasn't in stock, they then sent another bed which faulty and in the worst possible condition. I rung the company up to a which a rather rude person dealt with the situation and told me to email pictures. No reply from the conpany so rung again, a week later organised to send a replacement of which they sent the wrong bed! Im still trying to sort this out a month after ordering. The customer service is horrendous and they sort nothing out unless you pester them!
I would never ever ever recommend this company and would recommend you steer clear from them.

Don't Buy From This Company
Ordered a bed, they took the money, never had the bed delivered. Can't get hold of them on the phone or email. £175 out of pocket and am in the process of contacting trading standards and the police. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

The Bed Frame Shop- No Problems, Great Bed, Great Service.
I did allot of searching on-line to get this bed frame for the best price and found it here at the Bed frame Shop. The mattress I wanted with the bed wasn't available as a set 'package' but this was no problem as when I rang the shop and spoke to Mark he was really helpful and gave me the mattress I requested.
Later the same day the company rang me to explain that the frame was out of manufacture for a unknown time. I wasn't surprised as another retailer had told me the same thing, I was offered a refund or an alternative and was given a choice of 3 other similar beds that were in stock. I was in no rush for the bed so decided to wait. I was concerned though as I had already paid for the products...I didn't have to worry though as when I rang to check on delivery the guys were always pleasant and helpful and assured me they would call with a choice of delivery dates when the bed came into stock. THEY DID!.
No chasing, no hassle, delivery on time, product in great condition- both mattress and frame.- would use again and recommend as I don't believe they can be beaten on price either.

Numerous Faults With Product And Awful Customer Service
Delivery times were very inconvenient - slots were 8am-6pm with no possibility of getting a better idea of delivery time even on the day itself.
Product had numerous faults including 1) bedframe warped so the verticals of the bedframe were not vertical 2) black coating chipped off in several places, 3) parts poorly machined so did not fit into one another as they should have done.
Customer service was awful both before delivery and particularly after delivery. The company was unwilling to arrange more helpful time for collection of faulty product so again I had to sit at home between 8am and 6pm on a weekday (no Saturdays). Mark Junior who answered the phone made his dislike towards me perfectly clear - very poor customer service skills.
