Two mattress and one base was ordered and paid for in full from this "company".After sleeping on them for one night we realised that something was wrong.It felt as though we were falling out of the bed.We contacted the owner and he came out to inspect them only to tell us that the sides had collapsed due to folding of the matress's.I told him that their own delivery people thad done this to get them round the stairs.After a few words I requested a refund,but he refused.I have asked the woman at the "company"to collect said items only to be told that they wont and so I offered to return them myself only to be told that if I try to do this I would be reported for tresspass and they would take a restraining order out on me (dream on Mrs).So I will now step up my complaint which is justified.Companies such as this need to be shown to the public for what they are.Be prepared for battle.Ian Guest.

I ordered a metal frame bunk bed for the kids from The Bed Shop (AKA www.thebedking.co.uk which is their online name). They assured me it would be delivered on the Tuesday, after I ordered it on Friday. As I only live three miles or so from the Bed Shop showroom and warehouse In Brompton on Swale, it would be their own van delivering the bed, not a courier.

On Tuesday, my wife phoned The Bed Shop to confirm a delivery time and she was told they thought it was due the next day. Despite my wife having none of it, they went on to say they were busy with the VAT man and their drivers were very busy. At three PM they called back. This Time I spoke to to their customer service representative, where I simply asked what the problem was. After a long list of excuses, he said rather sternly if I wasn't happy I could have a refund.
