Ordered a set of 2 glasses for my parents for Christmas. They arrived really quickly and really well packaged. Really easy to order on the site.

We've had an Oneida cutlery set for 10 years but have lost some pieces. Table top were brilliant. They quickly identified the design from our photographs and offered to split their usual minimum (of 12 pieces each) in half, at a good price. They responded quickly to our emails and calls over the Christmas New Year period and the cutlery arrived at our house the day after payment. Well done!

Although there were problems with items missing from the order, these were not the fault of Table top traders. When we contacted Table top, the young lady from Customer service persevered more than once in persuading the suppliers to send the missing items, and kept us informed about progress. Eventually, the missing items were successfully delivered. This was entirely due to the persistence and customer friendliness of the lady from customer services, who I notice must remain nameless (but whose initials are SB!) It is increasingly rare these days to encounter someone on the end of a phone who takes such trouble to solve a problem, and she made us feel that she was acting as a friend rather than an operative of a company. Having said all this, the cutlery we bought was reasonably priced and of very good quality.

I contacted the company as I had ordered incorrectly and the lady on the phone sorted my order out very quickly and it cost me less than advertised price that I saw on the internet

I did order 7 different sizes Carrs Silver Plated picture frames through Cotton George. I received my order on time. Each frame came in the separate original box and all of them were packed with care in the large box to protect goods from any damages. I can definitely recommend this company to my friends if they will need so. Thank you for your assistants.

Bought this blanket for my daughter who is at University. Ideal size, not to big or too small and really soft and warm.

This is the first time I had used Table Top. Offering free postage and competitive prices was the reason for choosing this company to supply another set of matching cutlery to the one we already had. Delivery was prompt but on arrival one spoon differed from the rest. I phoned the company, spoke to a helpful lady who said she would put a replacement in the post - this arrived the next day.

I am very pleased with the quality of goods I received and would use this company again.
