I ordered this item by phone and email, everything was fine until I recieved the Barcelona Corner Sofa. The item is totally different from the images displayed on google and on this website. I rang to query and emailed them (as everything is done by email after you recieve the items). I was told its in their terms and conditions that the items might be different. Still awaiting a response from them!

I purchased a Dylan Nights Sofa from this website, as soon as my order was placed I got a call from the company to arrange for delivery by their very professional phone operators. Once I was satisfied with delivery date I was told that I would be kept up to date via phone and SMS. 4 Days before delivery I was called to remind me of my order and also my order went through a confirmation process, this meant that mo mistakes could be made and so that the company sent the correct item out and I ordered the correct item. On the day of delivery a driver and his helper were sent out, delivery took less than 5 minutes and no walls or doors were damaged. I was so impressed that I offered to make a cuppa for the delivery team buy they were committed to delivering their cargo on time.

I did write a review on the website and also write a review here to explain my experience with the company. I am so happy and wish all orders and companies followed the method this company uses.
