order was dispatched v quick

no docket enclosed with order so no idea if its the mattress we ordered

The mattress on line looked as if it had a label on it there was none on the mattress we received

we ordered eliocel orthopaedic mattress the mattress we received does not feel very firm nothing like the mattress we bought on a blanket trip while on holiday in spain a few years ago.

the guy that delivered gave no notice eg an hours notice or such we were not home when it was delivered so it was left in the garden next door the delivery man did call and said he would leave it with a neighbour but i didnt know he would leave it in the garden why not leave it in our garden ?

i did discuss my order with one of the reps from sleep matters thought he knew what i wanted just wondering now are you better to see these items before you purchase.

VERY HELPFUL AND MOST INFORMATIVE, IE THEY SURE KNOW THEIR STUFF. CERTIANLY WOULD RECCOMEND THEM....WE ORDERED THE MATTRESS AND JSUST AWAITING THE COURIER TO DO THEIR THING..... BUT THEY WEWERE GREAT TO DEAL WITH. AND SURE THE PRODUCT WILL BE UP-TO-STANDARD, AS THE PREVIOUS MATTRESS FROM THEM WAS ALL OF 16 YEARS AGO..... CERTIANLY WOULD RECCOMEND THEM

Not happy, for the elocel mattress. It's so firm, having stating that it's a comfort Mattress.

Customer service not good at all.

This is a brilliant duvet , I’ve had my last wool duvet 10 yrs , does what it said cool in summer very warm in winter . Wool is much better as it breathes . If you want a good night sleep this is the duvet for you .

On a recent visit to Majorca we did the 'Blanket Factory' trip and found the talk we interesting so, on returning home, thought we would go on line to see if we could get the same product here. When I used EHP in the search engine up popped Sleep matters and I found that their packages were more than half the price of the Blanket Factory!!

Sleep matters were so helpful - guiding me to the correct items for our needs and our order arrived exactly when they said even to the time of day.

We ordered the wool pillow covers with the ' bounce back pillows, the under blanket and woollen quilt and they are brilliant, we have bought 100% cotton sheets and covers as the wool tends to be a bit itchy and I can't wait to get into our lovely cosy bed each night.

Found any contact with the company to be instantly and courteously responded to, the product is superb, instantly noticed are lack of bed shake when turning over, total elimination of roll together, confidence that no 'nasties' can take up residence inside the mattress as it has no cavities, its a solid foam construction, no need to turn the mattress there are no springs to weaken. It took a few nights to get used to the firmness then it was a pleasure to go to bed, still love it and am dubious about going on holiday for fear of having a cheap, nasty mattress to sleep on

What terrible customer service. Dealt with 2 aggressive people. I waited weeks for item to be sent only for it to turn up faulty. Their answer as I needed it soon was to buy another one and return the faulty one. I didn't have £150 spare to buy another one! Tried to sort it out but had to end call due to aggression from worker. Avoid this company

Can't say enough about this company, from its extremely quick response to our emails to the free mattress upgrade we got when the one we wanted was no longer available! Many companies would have declined the order and have done by, not this one! Can't thank them enough! Product fabi to, extremely well packed and so comfy! I would recommend this company to everyone.

I ordered the dual sided quilt over the bank holiday, so i was very pleased to receive the quilt 4 days later after using the quilt for a couple of nights i have found it to be just as warm as the over blanket that i had before with less weight,

The price that i paid for the quilt was quite a lot cheaper than other companies selling the same goods.
